Merry Christmas & Happy Hanukkah!
Miss Laila Ali wants to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah! She transitioned to her new foster home today where she will spoiled incredibly rotten and cherished as she should be! Thank you to everyone who has supported her in her recovery and we hope you have a very blessed and safe holiday season.

Laila is doing better every day. She wakes up with an endless amount of energy and is full of love and spunk for the entire day. She is learning to come when called, is mostly crate trained, and loves to be held. She is eating a ton and you can barely see her ribs anymore. She might even be getting a little chunky. Sometimes she will play so much that her front legs get weak and tremble and bow out but that doesn't slow her down. She is getting stronger by the day and enjoying her new found energy. She has also learned my dog Charlie's head tilt, which is insanely cute. Best Buds...

Ms. Laila Update: She has stolen the hearts of the staff at our vet office and is running around and playing in the front office this morning. Not sure how they are getting anything done .....She is doing very well and ready to go to her foster home this afternoon. She is being a little Diva on eating. She is used to steak, brisket , etc and will now have to switch to some puppy food. I know she will not be happy about it. Our vet says she can be a little bit stubborn. Imagine that! |
